Early April

Well, in early April we had some gorgeous weather! I went for a walk down the third concession and took along my camera. I made it down to the wetland and rejoiced at the sight of willow catkins bursting forth. Beautiful, but, as it turned out, premature! So white, so hopeful!

The day after freezing rain

Here are the crabapples coated in ice - don't they look like some kind of frozen desert?

An all day shower of freezing rain made for some amazing late afternoon photos. Just look at the I can't wait for the light tomorrow!
